Skills and Wellbeing
Our Skills and Wellbeing team offers a variety of upskilling and volunteering opportunities for adults with learning disabilities and other additional needs online and in person.
The best part? You do not need to be supported by Innovate Trust’s Community Living Services to participate!
About our Skills and Wellbeing projects
We offer a range of activities that focus on two main areas:
- Skills development: This includes opportunities to learn practical skills like gardening and first aid, but also covers broader areas like building confidence and digital literacy.
- Wellbeing improvement: Our projects aim to promote mental and physical wellbeing through physical, mental, and communal activities.
Our aim is for adults with learning disabilities and other additional needs to live more independent and fulfilling lives through skills and volunteering.
