Take Charge
Take Charge is an Innovate Trust project in Rhondda Cynon Taf, aiming to improve employment skills and wellbeing.
Our Take Charge project is open to anyone over the age of 18 who has a learning disability or a work-limiting health condition and is not currently working.

About Take Charge
Take Charge offers the opportunity for people with learning disabilities and other additional needs to develop work-related skills, build confidence and to help get that bit closer to employment by finding the right volunteering or learning opportunity.
We tailor sessions to your needs. We can work with people on a 1-1 basis or offer group sessions.
Take Charge group sessions are a great way of meeting new people and developing social skills.
