Take Charge

Take Charge is a project in Rhondda Cynon Taf, aiming to improve employment skills and wellbeing. Take Charge is open to anyone over the age of 18 who has a Learning Disability or a work-limiting health condition and is not currently working.

About the project

Take Charge offers the opportunity to develop your work-related skills, to build your confidence and can help you get that bit closer to employment by finding the right volunteering or learning opportunity for you. We tailor sessions to your needs, we can work with you on a 1-1 basis, and we also offer group sessions which are a great way of meeting new people and developing your social skills.
