Supported Living enables people to be more self-sufficient while still receiving some help from a dedicated support team in many different areas. Support can be a combination of suitable accommodations specific to the need and preferences of the person.

Supported Living is a model of care designed to help people with a wide range of support needs retain their independence by being supported in their own homes. People in Supported Living have their own tenancy and are responsible for their own bills and cost of living.
Our support teams are on hand to support the individual with day-to-day tasks such as shopping, housework and preparing meals, as well as enabling the individual to access their community safely and to build and maintain relationships.
