Our Participation department assists individuals supported by Innovate Trust to have a say in the services they receive and ensure the service meets the needs of the individuals.
Through person-centred planning, we ensure individuals are living the lives they want and receive the support they need to achieve their goals and independence.
Our projects
We offer a range of in-person and online activities on the Insight app, allowing the people we support a chance to make and develop friendships and relationships.
