This model of support offers greater flexibility in support provision and promotes increased independence and accommodation-based outcomes for people.
Core and Cluster is an accommodation model that moves away from a shared housing environment to fully independent living quarters, where residents have their own bathroom and kitchen facilities.
Typically consisting of a group of flats within a large accommodation with a central communal hub or employee area, we can target and adjust support to the needs of the person living there.
