tai chi flash mob at Innovate Trust

For one of the events to celebrate Innovate Trust’s 50th Anniversary we held a Tai Chi Flash Mob outside The Senedd in Cardiff Bay.

The aim was to highlight the health benefits of the relaxing movements associated with this gentle exercise. We had a really good turnout. Channel 4 news team were filming outside The Senedd and asked if they could film part of the session and include it in their news item.

We would like to thank everyone for their support and attendance.
