Our regular Tai-Chi class at the ParkView café is having a great attendance, our 12 regulars seem to be really enjoying it. At the moment we are practicing some moves for the Tai-Chi flash mob we are going to do on the 25th of April outside the Millennium Centre in Cardiff bay (Meeting outside it for 10:30), to celebrate World Tai-Chi day. Please come and join our regular class and also be part of the celebration.
