This is an opportunity for us to learn more about you and for you to ask questions about our organisation and the role you are applying for.
Step 3
Pre-employment checks
Pre-employment checks such as a reference check, DBS, and other relevant screenings will be conducted upon a successful interview.
This process can take up to 8 weeks.
Step 4
Training
You will receive all the training you need at the start of your journey with us. From day 1, we are committed to providing ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Step 5
Induction
As a new member of the team, you will participate in a 3-week induction process that will get you familiar with life at Innovate Trust.
Step 6
Career progression
Your application is the start of your career at Innovate Trust. It is up to you where your career progresses, and we are here to help you every step of the way.
We will fund relevant qualifications that you take on while you’re with us.
