About Step On

Step On is open to anyone between the age of 18-24, who has a learning disability or a work-limiting health condition and is not currently working.

This project is all about building confidence and putting the groundwork in to help and support people to move into volunteering, further learning or employment.

There are lots of opportunities to meet new people and get involved in fun social activities, groups, events, and workshops, as well as receive valuable advice and guidance surrounding work preparation.

We will also signpost you to other exciting opportunities happening in your area and help you find the right role for you.

Innovate Trust's Step On project has been an extremely enjoyable experience. The activities have been varied ranging from bike riding to a health and safety course. Because of what I have done in the activities, the course has also helped me be more independent and active.
