One Planet

One Planet is a climate action project for people with learning disabilities and additional support needs run by Innovate Trust and funded by The National Lottery Community Fund’s Sustainable Steps Programme.

Our One Planet project encourages adults with learning disabilities to learn about climate change and teaches them how to take climate action at home and in the community.
