Explore South Wales
Our Explore South Wales groups is a social group for people with learning disabilities and additional support needs to explore new areas and make friends.
The Explore South Wales group meets every Wednesday to go on exciting adventures and explore new places.

About our Explore South Wales group
Innovate Trust’s Explore South Wales group is all about socialising, making friends, and getting some physical exercise in the process.
The group is organised by our brilliant volunteers, Rebecca and Annaliese.
Group members work together to decide what they want to do and to plan future events.
Together, the Explore South Wales group uses public transport, like buses and trains, to help encourage independence.

Kath doesn't know what she would do without me! I know the buses, and I have a great sense of direction
