About our Explore South Wales group

Innovate Trust’s Explore South Wales group is all about socialising, making friends, and getting some physical exercise in the process.

The group is organised by our brilliant volunteers, Rebecca and Annaliese.

Group members work together to decide what they want to do and to plan future events.

Together, the Explore South Wales group uses public transport, like buses and trains, to help encourage independence.
