We have often been ahead of the curve in providing support for those who are in need by developing new and innovative technology. This helps us to achieve our goals of further assisting the communities that we are involved in. Allowing us to strive for new ways to create accessible environments for all people. As a result, we have often neglected to look inwards as an organisation.
Our new brand
Our brand is the public face of our purpose and values. It is not just a logo, a set of colours, or resource templates. Our brand is about who we are and how we can make people feel across everything we do. We believe that the organisation that we are today was no longer reflected that was made with our last re-brand in 2017. As technology evolves our aim is to remain an accessible organisation both in person and online, to be an environment that does not disable those who engage with us, whether they need support physically or digitally.
With this in mind, we have been carefully working on constructing a new brand for Innovate Trust to really showcase our distinctive work. This naturally led to the creation of a new website. We have refined our website pages to really showcase the work that we do in an accessible and friendly way.
We have taken steps in what we believe are the correct direction as an organisation. In November, we hired Eleri Cruchley-Jones, HR Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Officer, and Cerys John, Marketing and Communications Officer to allow us to ensure that we are not only catching up but are expanding our internal resources to become a truly inclusive, accessible, and innovative organisation.
Our Values
One of our seven primary values as an organisation is to assist in the building of relationships. This does not only apply to the individuals that we support, but to everyone who engages with Innovate Trust. We aim to put our values into practice by listening, working together, and respecting our community.
New and exciting things are already in the works, and the launch of our brand guidelines and newly branded website are just the beginning.
