Our services

We believe in everyone’s right to choice, dignity, freedom, and control over their lives.

Our mission is to support adults with learning disabilities and other additional needs to thrive in their homes and communities.

Through our services, activities, and opportunities, we ensure that adults with learning disabilities live the lives they want.

About our services

We believe in putting the individual at the heart of everything we do. Our support plans are tailored to meet each person’s unique needs, goals, and aspirations.

Our services are built on a foundation of respect, choice, and inclusion, ensuring that every person with a learning disability and other additional needs receives the support they need to thrive in their communities.

We work to create inclusive communities where everyone feels valued, respected, and has the opportunity to participate fully.

Many Innovate Trust activities are open to anyone with a learning disability, not just the people we support.

Community Living Services

We provide flexible and tailored support within people’s own homes and in the community.

This includes assistance with daily living skills, personal care, accessing social activities, and building independence.

We focus on promoting choice and control, enabling individuals to live as independently as possible.

We offer a range of activities, projects, and volunteering opportunities to promote personal development, enhance wellbeing, and build essential life skills.

These include workshops, training courses, and groups focused on areas such as volunteering, social skills, environmental impact, and sustainable living.

Digital and Technology

We recognise the transformative power of technology and its potential to enhance independence and communication.

Our Digital and Technology services provide support and training in using various technologies, including computers, smartphones, and assistive technologies.

We empower individuals to connect with others, access information, and pursue their interests online.

Participation

We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to participate fully in their community.

We support individuals to explore their interests, develop new skills, and build meaningful relationships.

This includes support to access local groups, volunteering opportunities, and community events.

Field Days Organic

We offer unique opportunities for individuals to engage with nature and develop practical skills through our Field Days Organic projects.

These projects provide hands-on experience in organic farming, horticulture, and conservation.

Participants gain valuable skills, improve their wellbeing, and connect with the natural environment.
