Core and Cluster

Our Core and cluster services are an accommodation model that moves away from a shared house environment to having fully independent living quarters with their own bathroom and kitchen facilities.

Transitions Service

Our transitions service is aimed at young adults who are leaving school or college to transition in supported living accommodation. Young adults will live within the transition service up to 2 years and are supported to learn and develop independent living skills using Smart technology.

Short Stay Respite

Our Short Stay Respite Service is a 4-bed service for adults with learning disabilities that provides support to individuals for short periods, so that families/carers can have respite.

Emergency Accommodation

Our Emergency Accommodation Service (EAS) is a community-based service that provides temporary accommodation to people with a learning disability.

Supported Living

Our Supported living is a service that enables adults with a wide range of support needs to live in their own home with the help they need to be independent.
