Young people’s social group
Our Young People’s Social Group is for people aged 18-30 who want to meet other young people, make new friends, and try new activities.
Yoga
Our Yoga sessions at Innovate Trust have proved popular. We also run this alongside a Yoga Co-Assistant training course opening up opportunities for individuals to co-assist in running their own yoga sessions.
Men’s Group
