Yoga
Our Yoga sessions at Innovate Trust have proved popular. We also run this alongside a Yoga Co-Assistant training course opening up opportunities for individuals to co-assist in running their own yoga sessions.
Accessible Sailing
Our sessions are focused on creating an accessible environment for
those involved, which includes a hoist built into the pontoon enabling ease of access into the boats on the water.
