If you no longer need your Insight account and wish to delete it, please follow the steps below. Please note that this action is irreversible. Accounts that are inactive past our policy will automatically be deleted.
Step 1: Log In
Log in to your Insight account using your username and password.
Step 2: Navigate to Account Settings
Once logged in, click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen. From the dropdown menu, select ‘Settings’.
Step 3: Request Account Deletion
In the Settings page, scroll down to the ‘Delete Account’ section. Click on the ‘Request Account Deletion’ button.
Step 4: Confirm Your Request
A confirmation dialog box will appear, asking you to confirm your account deletion request. If you’re sure, click ‘Confirm’.
Please note that once your account is deleted, all data associated with your account will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact our support team.
