Never stop learning
Learning is key for keeping our knowledge up to date and a core part of providing great care and support, but it also has a wealth of personal benefits too.
Learning can help us feel more confident, have the skills to tackle problems in our lives away from work, and provide an avenue for creativity and to improve our overall health and wellbeing.
Employees can get involved in adult learning by visiting the events page on the Innovate Trust Digital Platform to book onto an upcoming refresher course for additional training and learning opportunities.
